Welcome to 888fd. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 888fd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 888fd website, mobile applications and all associated services.

By creating an account, accessing, browsing or using any part of the 888fd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the 888fd platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 888fd website accessible at https://888fd.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers with or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration with 888fd.
• "Services" means all sports betting information, live casino guides, gaming content, promotional material and any other features made available through the Platform.
• "Content" means all text, images, graphics, data, software, audio-visual material and any other information published on or through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any welcome offer, reload bonus, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other promotional incentive offered by 888fd to Users, subject to applicable terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus or deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal may be requested, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to validate a User's account before certain transactions are processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where accessing or using online gambling services is illegal, restricted or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
• "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, ordinances, rules and legal requirements applicable to the User in their country or territory of residence.

To register and maintain an account with 888fd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older — or such higher minimum age as is required by the licensing jurisdiction of the operator you access through this platform — at the time of registration.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under Applicable Law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have a pre-existing account that has been suspended or terminated by 888fd for any reason.
• You must be acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or trustee of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or close associate of 888fd or any of its affiliated companies.

888fd reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If we determine — at our sole discretion — that an Account holder does not meet or no longer meets these eligibility requirements, we may suspend or permanently close the account with immediate effect.

To access the full range of Services on 888fd, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current and complete throughout the life of your account.

Your use of the 888fd Platform is governed by the following conditions. By accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with all terms set out in this clause and throughout this Agreement.

• You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functionality of the Platform or interfere with any other user's access.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or any related systems.
• You acknowledge that all gambling activities carry inherent financial risk and you accept full responsibility for all wagering decisions made through your account.
• You agree not to rely on the Platform's content as financial, legal or professional advice of any kind.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to access, scrape, crawl or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from 888fd.
• You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Platform or its Content without express written authorisation from 888fd.

888fd reserves the right to monitor user activity on the Platform for compliance with these Terms and for security purposes. We reserve the right to take any action we consider appropriate — including account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to law enforcement — where we detect or suspect a breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on 888fd are subject to the policies and procedures set out in this clause. Users are responsible for understanding all applicable transaction terms before initiating any deposit or withdrawal request.

888fd reserves the right to delay, refuse or reverse any transaction that we reasonably suspect is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Amounts quoted on the Platform are expressed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where applicable, unless otherwise indicated. Exchange rates, where relevant, are determined at the time of transaction processing.

888fd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that must be read carefully before acceptance.

• Each promotion will specify its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, validity period and any game or market restrictions.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the promotion's stated terms and may be subject to a delay of up to 72 hours depending on verification status.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Unfulfilled wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 888fd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where we detect abuse or where technical errors affect the promotion's integrity.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus winnings may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888fd platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will face immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or creating accounts with fabricated details.
• Multi-Account Abuse: Opening more than one account for the purpose of exploiting bonus offers or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or betting market.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated betting software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected to the concealment, conversion or transfer of proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified payment chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after making a deposit on the Platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors or technical malfunctions to gain winnings that would not otherwise be payable under normal operating conditions.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, harassing, discriminatory or abusive conduct toward 888fd staff, support agents or other Users.

All Content on the 888fd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the intellectual property of 888fd or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform Content without express written authorisation.
• Use any data mining, scraping or similar data collection tools on the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights notices from Content obtained from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. 888fd reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 888fd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

• 888fd makes no warranty that the Platform will operate without interruption, error or delay.
• 888fd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any information published on the Platform, including odds data, game descriptions or promotional terms.
• 888fd is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on Platform Content for financial, legal or personal decisions.
• 888fd is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.
• 888fd is not responsible for third-party payment processing delays, failures or errors outside our reasonable control.

Either party may terminate the User's account and this Agreement at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888fd is licensed and registered to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles that would result in the application of any other jurisdiction's laws.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration or through the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Platform's licensing authority.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 888fd does not represent that its Services are lawful in Pakistan or that Pakistani users are authorised by any government authority to use online gambling services. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this Platform complies with Applicable Law in your jurisdiction.

888fd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made to these Terms, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised each time changes are made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account in accordance with Clause 11 (Account Termination).
